This month both Imagine and Over the Top go back on the road! If you’re joining us in August, we look forward to seeing you and your group. If you’re not joining us this month, please pray for your sister Group Leaders in Atlanta and Omaha on August 12-13, Indianapolis on August 19-20, and Washington, DC and Dallas on August 26-27.

As we shared in the June GL News, in response to feedback from our Group Leaders we are going to a two-tier, two-price seating option for our 2012 events. If you currently hold an agreement for 2012, please check your 2012 registration confirmation email for your seat assignments. Unless we have heard otherwise, your group is assigned to $89 standard seating.
You may still have time to upgrade to $99 premium seats. However, to secure those upgraded seats you will need to submit a new agreement ASAP! Download the agreement here and fax to 1-972-424-6008.

As we seek to connect with previous event attendees, we’re reaching out and inviting them to join us again. Here’s the offer and what it means to you:
The Offer: Using a special code, they may purchase up to 9 tickets for Saturday ONLY for $59 (includes lunch). We also direct them to GPS to find a group (like yours!) to join for the full 2-day experience at the regular price.
What It Means to You: Hopefully, it will mean women will want to join your group for the entire weekend! However, if someone brings you the postcard and wants to join your group just on Saturday at the discounted price, let us know (you’ll need the offer code from their postcard) and we will adjust your total amount due to reflect the number of Saturday-only registrations (up to 9 total). This offer not available in all cities.

A fundraiser the whole family can enjoy! Kristi K.’s group sold tickets to a local baseball team’s game and made a profit of $5 per ticket. They used that money to provide scholarships to local military wives/women soldiers. Is your group filled with football fans? Gracie M.’s group worked a concession stand at a Notre Dame football game. They raised more than 500 hundred dollars! Check with your local team to see how your group can work with them to raise funds for your Women of Faith team.
Beginning with our 2013 events, we will announce an official “On Sale” date when you may begin registering your group. Our team is not able to set up the seating configurations and assignments in the registration system until we have secured dates, locations, and arenas. The On Sale date will help us finalize those details before seats go on sale. We’ve found we can provide better service to you and your group once those pieces are in place.
If you currently hold a provisional agreement for seats at an event scheduled for 2013 or beyond, that agreement is no longer valid. You will need to re-register for those seats once that event is officially on sale. If you have questions regarding your group’s status or anything else, please contact us at 888-476-8749.
